Job Description


Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers speech therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum level of independence. Provides assessment of patient condition based on diagnosis from the referring physician.

Develops and updates an appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family to assist in returning them to their maximum level of function. Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly.


Experience Required

  • Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology
  • Preferred: Doctorate Speech Language Pathology


Certification & Licensure Requirements



  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
  • SLP - Licensed Speech Language Pathologist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire


Knowledge, Skill, & Ability Requirements



  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow
  • Able to identify patient specific speech rehabilitation learning needs
