Job Description
Promotes enhanced collaboration and quality of care by working under the direction of Rehab Leadership and the Clinical Team Leader to provide direct patient care associated with clinical licensure and specialty.
Assists in the orientation and mentorship of staff. Assists in the facilitation and completion of ongoing and annual staff competencies. Assists in the completion of performance improvement and department-specific initiatives to improve quality and optimize workflows. Fosters staff education and evidence-based practice. Facilitates seamless transitions of care throughout the rehabilitation continuum.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience Required
- 2 years of Clinical experience and Board Certification.
Certification & Licensure Requirements
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire.
- PT - Licensed Physical Therapist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire or
- SLP - Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire or
- OT - Licensed Occupational Therapist - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
