Job Description
Implements care plans that are specific to each patient's physical, mental and social and medical needs. Ensures smooth transitions and evidence based disease management for select populations. Provides patient and family education and navigation across the continuum of care.
Experience Required
- Technical School Diploma in an accredited radiography program or equivalent.
Experience Required
- 5 years of experience as a mammography technologist, working in all areas of breast imaging, diagnosis, and quality assurance.
Certification & Licensure Requirements
- RT - Registered Technologist Radiology - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 30 Days

- Can obtain and interpret information to meet patients' needs
- Reliability through accurate work and attendance
